I’m a journalist based in Anchorage, currently working full-time as a reporter with the Anchorage Daily News, Alaska’s largest newspaper. My freelance work has regularly appeared in national news outlets, from radio pieces on NPR to print features in the Washington Post and Rolling Stone. I cover a broad range of topics, specialize in field-reporting from difficult locations, and like finding different mediums to tell a story the best way.
